The Bondage Workshop - Simple Self Bondage Ball Tie

Here is a simple self bondage ball tie I came across.

Get two lengths of rope and form two loops. These are placed on the thighs.
Tie your ankles together.
Get your chosen form of hand restraint ready. Here it is an ankle tie with a slip knot cord to a wrist loop, which the slip knot cinches.
Apply your gags, blindfolds, vibrators or the like now.
Have your escape method very near to hand.
Try some scissors frozen shut, or the handcuff key frozen in ice, but still tied to your cuff chain. Pulling on the string pulls the key to you for release.

Put your arms into the thigh loops so your chest and thighs are touching.

Get a hold of the wrist loops and place into the slip knot. Next wriggle a hand either side of the slip knot and pull tight and engoy the bondage.
Alternatively handcuff your wrists behind you. Tying the ankle rope to the centre of the cuff chain will give you a similar experience to that of the rope tie. Just remember the cuffs can bite hard into the skin so use double locking cuffs and or a bit of padding around the wrists.

I actually tried this and it pinches your skin in the triceps area. Still anything to tone up those flabby batwings on the upper arm lol.

Be carefull as you wont be able to move around a lot. I attached a blunt foldup penknife on a bit of string to the hogtie rope so there was a way out.

Happy bondage.

So Emma has set me a little self bondage task involving this ball tie and some melting ice release.
Never done anything like this before so quite excited and nervous at the same time.
Got all my bits of rope ready and put string in freezer already.
Fingers crossed i get this right as i live alone and there is no one to help out if it goes wrong. (GULP)
