Linnea Eleanor Yeager was a model and photographer and actress who first came to fame as a glamour pin up model in the 1940's-1950's.
She chose the name Bunny from a Lana Turner character in "Week-End at the Waldorf"(1945).
After marrying she picked up a camera and never looked back.
Two years after Playboy was launched she was photographing Bettie Page for the centrefold cover.
The models all wanted to work with her for her respectful approach and never pushing them into something they were not comfortable posing for.
She published several books of her photography and she even shot the stills of Ursula Andress coming out of the waves for the James Bond film Doctor No.
In 1968 she put the camera down and appeared in the Frank Sinatra film Lady In Cement.
She married twice and is survived by two daughters, who were with her when she passed away from chronic heart condition on Saturday at a hospice in Florida. She was 85
Rest In Peace
